They know a lot. [ Too much. The strange dangers this place presents weren't far from her thoughts before Sanji's arrival. Having someone here she feels more than obligated to protect and forewarn has only brought that laundry list of threats back to mind. There's so much wrong with this place, but she has her fortress, safe and beachy, exactly what she was after when Nami first decided it was time to get off the five's floor.
It's all so goddamn much.
Nami wants to tell him everything, but, she wants to keep them both busy like this more, and feed into this newfound variety of greed that's come from having somebody familiar here. Whether she chooses to acknowledge it or not, his presence has pressed on the loneliness she's worked to sidestep since the last time a Straw Hat departed.
But it's not all the sense of isolation she's been left to marinate in that draws Nami to Sanji and makes it easy to blur the lines they might not cross so quickly back home and unprovoked. With Sanji, she knows exactly how vibrant and overwhelming the affection she'll be met with is, because he's never tried to hide it. Back home, she wouldn't know what to do with all that tenderness, but she's had the chance to learn here, to have it feel so simple and straightforward to move in and take him up on the invitation he's been issuing since he took her order back at the Baratie.
The corners of her lips curve in a small smile, still parted slightly as she tries to catch her breath, despite the soft brush of his mouth against her own while he says her name making it hard to focus on anything but the sound of his voice, until he draws close enough to kiss her again.
A little thrill runs up her spine when his fingers slip beneath the hem of her top and find skin to splay against, compelling her to lift her chin and let her tongue lick into his mouth, taking a step backward as she begins to lead him blindly through the suite. ] That's the plan.
[ Because she wants him close, because she'll be damned if she's going to let this resort use that stupid suit mark against him, because it's intense and sweet and surprisingly easy to want more. ]
